I understand that I am participating in the online Yoga classes or any other exercise programs offered by Alex Carey Yoga during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, physical exercise and health. I recognize that exercise requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

FERTILITY YOGA

This course is suitable for all people whether you are trying to conceive or not. However, it is specifically designed to take into account safe practice before ovulation, after ovulation and while you are menstruating. I understand it is my responsibility to follow each class guidance within the context of my own circumstances and cycle. I understand if I am attending a fertility clinic for assisted reproductive treatments it is my responsibility to consult my doctor prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes and exercises offered by Alex Carey Yoga.

PREGNANCY YOGA

The course content is only designed for those in the second and third trimester and only once the 12/14 week scan has been completed and the participant has been given to all clear to partake in physical activity such as yoga. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician/doctor/midwife prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes and exercises offered by Alex Carey Yoga.

POSTPARTUM SACRED WINDOW COURSE

The course is designed to offer nutrition and health advice to people who have recently given birth. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician/doctor/midwife / public health nurse prior to and regarding my participation in the practices of this course and that they are not meant to replace the advice of my physician/doctor/midwife / public health nurse prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes and exercises offered by Alex Carey Yoga.

I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in these yoga classes, health programs or workshops.

If I am pregnant I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, health programs or workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the programs offered by Alex Carey Yoga.

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, health programs or workshops, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Alex Carey Yoga or the instructor for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these classes/videos.
I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Alex Carey Yoga for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts.

I can confirm that only I will view the course content and I shall not publish the content or share access with anyone else. Only those who have purchased and accepted these terms and conditions will view the video content.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.

SUBSCRIPTION / MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

For those members who choose to pay monthly, they will need to cancel their membership when they have finished with it. Monthly payment will continue until the member cancels. You will still have access to the videos for one month after your last payment date. Please email hello@alexcareyyoga.com for more information on cancelling.

REFUNDS

Generally, it is our policy not to provide refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances where we are happy to consider them. Please email hello@alexcareyyoga.com for more information on our refund policy.
