  • Ayurveda is an ancient medical system that puts food and self care at the heart of its protocols for vibrant health.

    It uses the concept of discovering an individuals unique constitution based on a persons combination of “doshas”. Each dosha represents certain qualities that we find in nature and that govern our internal landscape (in mind, body and spirit).

    Ayurveda is a deeply feminine form of managing health. It’s emphasis is on connecting with your own internal constitution and then nurturing yourself appropriately with food and lifestyle practises that balance and work in harmony with your bio individuality.

    In our 1:1 coaching sessions we will work through a step by step process of:

    • Discovering your unique constitution through the doshas

    • Once your doshic profile has been established, we will evaluate your current lifestyle (including current diet and activities)

    • We will work together to integrate and implement culinary and lifestyle protocols that will help balance your doshas and put you back in alignment

    If you’re not familiar with Ayurveda and it is a totally new concept to you, I understand it can feel a little overwhelming. But I promise you it is the most intuitive form of healing I have ever come across. Once you begin to see yourself through the lens of Ayurveda and learn about the foods and lifestyle activities that better serve you as an individual, it will be the empowering practise for resetting your inherent fertile nature.

  • Fertility yoga is not the same as your regular yoga class. It is a style of yoga designed to focus on the health of your reproductive organs, align energetically with your menstrual cycle and be safe to practise while you’re actively trying to conceive in the event that conception has occurred after you ovulate.

    In my 1:1 sessions with you, I would encourage you to start actively tracking your cycle and I will take you through my protocol for cycle tracking so you know exactly where you are (this is also a great practise to pinpoint any imbalances if they are present).

    Once we know where you’re at in your cycle, you can get on your mat and practise following along with my pre-recorded videos in The Fertility Studio [on demand] (there is a new class added every week)

    You will also be able to join my monthly live Fertility Yoga Workshop .

    There are also classes to support you if you’re going through IVF and we can discuss safe practises in our sessions.

    As well as the physical practises, you will find guided meditations which are designed to support a fertility mindset and help regulate the nervous system.

  • Working in harmony with your Ayurvedic dietary protocols, we will work together to ensure you are getting enough of the important nutrients to support your fertile health.

    We will work together to solve any gut issues you might be struggling with to ensure you’re assimilating the nutrients from your food properly.

    If you are dealing with any specific dietary issues, I will work with you to manage and solve these issues as a priority, referring you to a further specialist if needed.

    I will help you to plan your weekly menus through meal planning strategies and batch cooking tips to ensure that eating healthy does not become overwhelming and we will work together within your current parameters to make this plan work for you.

  • You simply can’t talk about fertility without talking about hormones. Your hormones are the star players in ensuring your fertility is at the top of priorities when it comes to how your body is functioning.

    Ayurveda, Yoga and healthy nutrition will all help to improve the functioning of your endocrine system, but nothing beats carrying out the appropriate tests with your GP as the first port of call when dealing with hormonal imbalances.

    As your coach I can advise you of which tests may be necessary subsequent to your intake with me and assessment of your current lifestyle and any symptoms you may be experiencing.

    Once you have your results we can work together to create an even more bespoke diet and lifestyle plan to help you get back into balance and more your fertility back up chain of priorities in your body.
