Then that’s amazing news and just what we want to happen! You can continue the course as I have designed it to be completely safe for early pregnancy. If anything, the relaxation elements will be of huge benefit to you. However, if you feel you’d like to discontinue, I’ll refund you 50% of the full course cost.

Fertility yoga focuses on poses and practices that improve circulation, reduce stress, and support reproductive health. It also helps calm the nervous system and release emotional tension, creating a more balanced and nurturing environment for conception.

Bring a yoga mat, a comfortable blanket, and a journal for the guided writing sessions. You may also want to have a pillow or bolster for extra support during restorative poses.

This is a safe and compassionate space where all emotions are welcome. It’s natural to feel a range of emotions during this journey, and part of this course is about honoring those feelings and working through them. However, if you feel these emotions are too overwhelming, please stop the practice and talk to someone in your support network before continuing.

If you are currently in the middle of an IVF cycle and have not practiced yoga before but would still like to join, please reach out to me before hand and we can discuss your options. If you are preparing for a cycle these classes are designed to complement medical fertility treatments. However, please consult with your doctor to ensure this practice aligns with your specific treatment plan.
