A Practice with Twists + Sacral Chakra Energy

The last live class of the Summer! This practice is perfect for harnessing the empowering energy of the Sacral Chakra. Focusing on a full body workout with lots of twists for shifting stagnation and decreased flow of prana. Perfect for morning or a mid-afternoon pickup or if you’re feeling energetic in the evening (just not right before bed!). Enjoy!

A Dynamic Morning Flow

This class is the perfect way to get the Prana flowing in the morning! A full body practice that incorporates a lot of hip openers and plays with the Warriors to build strength. Energetically this practice will uplift and create a sense of empowerment through the ability to be flexible and at ease with the natural ebb and flow of life. Enjoy!

 
 

Heart Chakra - Uplifting Class

This class is all about the upper body. Increasing flexibility and strength in the arms and shoulders. Energetically this will uplift and open your heart, cultivating Love for yourself + others. Great for balancing Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Enjoy!

Root Chakra Grounding Practice

This class is perfect if you’re feeling a little spacy and indecisive, typical traits of Vata dosha out of balance. Also brilliant for strengthening and toning the legs and cultivating stability - both in the body and the mind. This class will help you to feel solid on the inside so you can take on whatever is going on on the outside with confidence and ease. Enjoy!

 
 

Hip Openers, Gentle Core + Prana Flow

This class is all about the hips and some gentle core awareness. Focusing on gentle core engagement throughout most of your yoga practice makes all the difference in keeping the spine healthy and safe. Strengthen and stretching the deep hip flexors (like we do in Warrior poses) also helps to support the health of the lumbar spine. This practice is also great for getting the Prana moving around the whole body. Enjoy!

 

A Gentle Yet Invigorating Practice

In this practice we work our way through a mini kneeling sun salutation. Peak poses are dancing through the Warriors. This practice is suitable for all abilities. If you have tricky knees you will need a blanket handy. Enjoy!

 
 

Core focus + twists

This is a good mood practice, focusing on some gentle core work and twists. Great if your feeling like your lower back could do with some support or if the system feels a bit sluggish. Enjoy!

An all rounder.

In this practice we get a full body stretch and strengthening session. This practice is great if you’re feeling energetic or if you feel like your energy needs to rise. Enjoy!

 
 

Heart + Shoulder openers

This class is all about the upper body. Heart openers are great for when you are feeling a little reserved and you would like to be a bit more open to life! Also brilliant if you have been sitting at your computer all day or have spent a little too much time on your phone ;-).
