Blissful Balance | A Wellness Evening for Women - Replay

The evening begins with intention setting and grounding followed by EFT Tapping infused with Reiki with Grainne Staunton, Reflexologist. We will then move into a gentle yoga practice with Alex Carey to soothe any tension out of the body. Our yoga practice will be followed by some guided reflexology with Nicola to identify pressure points which will help you relax. We will close with a guided yoga nidra and mindfulness visualisation practice with Dara to send you off for a restful nights sleep.
This was a free event with the option to donate to the Her Voice Project who are bringing awareness and a strong voice to women suffering with chronic illness.
We have also been given free tickets to the Future Fertility Show and Future Beauty Show happening in the RDS on the 1 and 2 March 2025.
