Join me for this live, 90 minute Yoga for Fertility workshop [online] (replay available) where we will explore pranayama, grounding asana and guided relaxation to support your nervous system.
The nervous system plays a key role in the health and vitality of our fertility. The health of our nervous system is crucial for fertility because it directly influences the balance of hormones and the body’s ability to manage stress. Chronic stress can disrupt the endocrine system, impacting key reproductive hormones and interfering with ovulation, menstruation, and overall reproductive health.
Yoga is incredibly effective for nervous system regulation because it combines mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, all of which help activate the parasympathetic nervous system—the body's natural "rest and digest" response. Through gentle, intentional movements and deep breathing, yoga reduces stress, lowers cortisol levels, and promotes a state of relaxation.

All you will need for this workshop is your yoga mat, a quiet space, a couple of pillows or cushions, a yoga block and a yoga strap or a scarf.
