Alkalising Post Yoga Smoothie

Serves 2 | Low Sugar | Hydrating | Alkalising

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Courgette (washed and unpeeled)

  • 1/4 Frozen Banana (unfrozen is fine too)

  • 1 Cup Organic Baby Spinach

  • 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Water

  • Optional (but recommended) Extras: 1 scoop collagen powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Method

Simply put all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until super smooth. Pack in a stainless steel flask and enjoy after your yoga class.
